Products Features
MT6771 is a 64-bit ARM LTE SoC introduced by MediaTek. Fabricated on TSMC's 12 nm process, the chip incorporates eight cores - four Cortex-A53 little cores and Cortex-A73. Both clusters can operate at up to 2 GHz. The P60 incorporates a Mali-G72 GPU operating at up to 800 MHz and an LTE modem supporting Cat-13 150 Mbps upload and Cat-7 300 Mbps download. This chip supports up to 8 GiB of dual-channel LPDDR4X-3600 memory.
The MT6771 is a 4G AI Android Smart Module based on the MTK platform, industrial-grade high performance, and android9.0 operating system, supporting LTE-FDD (CAT-7)/LTE-TDD (CAT-7)/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/EVDO/CDMA/GSM and other systems; 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, BT v2.1 plus EDR, 3.0 plus HS, v4.1 plus HS, support for GPS/GLONASS/Beidou/Galileo/QZSS and other systems for satellite positioning;
MT6771 CPU boasts a 64-bit, Octa-core processor with ARM Cortex-A53 clocked up to 2GHz, and is combined with a 64-bit ARM Mali-T860 MP2 graphics processor at 700MHz. With up to 4GB of LPDDR3 at 800MHz, the MT8785 can handle the most demanding gaming, movies, or Internet browsing task quickly and efficiently.
